I recently donated $200 using eBay but I may have screwed it up. If you’ve received it, good. If not please let me know and I’ll try again (maybe I should just stick to sending a check to Tim in Makawao?). I’m new to this eBay stuff. I was hoping you could use the money toward the 3 month intensive English curriculum, but if you have I more pressing need I trust your judgement. I’m also interested in possible sponsoring a child, any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thanks for everything you guys do, it’s beautiful. Kevin Hall and Kim Kelly

HA! I DID look up your website. Not only that, forwarded the hyperlink to Websaters & Bob for their “ease of use”. Trouble-maker that I am, I also forwarded it to Deb Lordan with suggestion for a Maui Weekly feature article & Rotary speaking circuit. This would qualify as International Outreach, right? I hope you have some power point pitch reaqdy-to-go.

By the way, nice webstie. Who did it for you?
Aloha, Penny

Hello Tim and Kyle

I was in Makawao last month (my husband grew up in Honolulu) and noticed One Degree Forward sign in the Poll’is restaurant. While traveling in Cambodia, I too was incredibly moved by the people and their living situations.

I am the head of marketing for a large children’s book publisher in New York. Do you ever except book donations for the orphanages? In addition to my marketing experience, I am also a photographer..you can see my work at http://www.rachelcoun.com.

With my combined talents, I think I could be of assistance with your organization. I realize monetary donations is much needed, but I would also like to offer more ‘hands on” help.

Aloha
Rachel Coun

Greeting from Absolute Tours & Travel!

We have a student group from Singapore to visit Phnom Penh, Cambodia on 01 – 04 Jun 14. They would like to visit and volunteer with your school for teaching person hygiene, how to brush the teeth for 3 day on 01 -03 Jun 14.

Is it possible for our group to visit your school? And any require from our group, if it is possible.

Thanks in advance and I hope to get back from you soon.

We are having lunch today at Polli’s and saw your sign about Cambodia. My wife Sophal is Cambodian and a survivor from the Khmer Rouge. We are very impressed with what you are doing and interested in getting involved. My wife still speaks the language and we have visited Cambodia and often wondered how we could help. My wife is from a very rural area that still has no electricity or water. She did not have the opportunity to go to school when she lived there. We can be reached at 208-863-1637. We live in El Dorado Hills, California.
